At Worldyouneedislove we have stock in Portugal, our artisans, as well as all those who work under the name of fair trade receive as soon as we place the order, often before they even make the products. In this way, their salary is guaranteed and only then does it make sense to us.
We are often asked which part goes to the artisan. This is not the correct question. Craftsmen are paid first and are not dependent on whether we sell the piece or not. Of course, the more we sell, the more items we can buy from them and we can get the wheel spinning.
